How can I track my order?
After ordering a product, you will receive (2-3 days) a delivery confirmation with a tracking code and a link. If you are still unable to track your order using the tracking code, you can go to the "Order Tracking" page and enter the order number from your email.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on where you live, standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 days. (excluding processing days).
What should I do if my package is damaged?
Sometimes a package is damaged due to poor shipping conditions. In this case, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will explain what to do.
I wrote the wrong name or address, what should I do?
If you have unfortunately made a mistake in your address or name that could affect the shipment, you can contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and mention in the subject line that you made a mistake.
